info How to Add Your Signature to Email Clients:
1. Click "Copy Preview" above
2. Paste into your signature in your email app
Outlook (Desktop): Outlook Settings → Mail → Signatures → New → Paste in "Edit signature" box
Outlook (Web): Settings → Mail → Compose and reply → Email signature → Paste
Apple Mail: Mail → Settings (or Preferences) → Signatures → + (New) → Delete default text → Paste
⚠ IMPORTANT for Apple Mail: After pasting, go to Mail → Settings → Composing → UNCHECK "Always match my default message font"
Gmail: Settings → See all settings → General → Signature → Paste
